Any good USB to Lightning cables available?

Can anybody recommend a good, long USB Lightning cable? The Appple one is too short.

Looking on Amazon and the first couple of reviews are good (probably the seller) and the remainder are not so good...

I apologize that this might be unhelpful, but have you considered just getting a USB extension cable, and not have to mess with crappy 3rd party cables. I only bring it up because I was talking to a friend about this, and he didn't even think to use an extension cable.
