any guide to spirit jailbreak an already unlocked 3.1.2?

Spirit only works on clean installs of 3.1.2 and 3.1.3 (and 3.2 for iPad).
So you would have to restore to 3.1.2 (SHSH needed but Saurik's server is getting hammered right now) run Spirit then Blacksn0w again.

It won't let u restore to 3.1.2 unless you have you shsh's on file. And cydias TSS server is down at the moment cause of request overload.
Yep. As stated SHSH required, and Saurik's server is getting hammered right now, many have not been able to restore due to the load.
Wait a day or so, all should be good.
This is a good lesson to not only save your SHSH blobs with Saurik, but to download them locally as well. You can't always count on a web server under someone else's control. It can be hammered, as in this case, or they could just shut it down completely for some reason.
Yes, if you have 3.1.2 SHSHs on file with Saurik. Make absolutely sure your SHSH blob is stored for 3.1.2.
