Any help getting my upgraded 4,1 memory channel LEDs off?

Hey everyone, been a LONG time.

My good ol' upgraded/flashed 12-core 2009 is giving me some issues. RAM slots 6 and 7 are not registering no matter what I do. I've swapped in matching sticks from my other build and no matter what order I put them, same results.

Is this most likely a CPU allen-wrench tightening trial-and-error nightmare I'm looking at? Or any other thoughts? Running El Capitan for whatever it matters.

Try swapping CPUs and see if the problem moves with them.
