Any hope for global LTE model this fall?

As far as I understand, buying the watch from US and using it in Europe is not recommended due to the LTE chip only supporting the respective GHz for each region. This is not the case anymore with the iPhone, I purchased it from US last year and it has perfect compatibility with Sweden where I am (I did the research). Can we hope that this will come to the Watch as well this fall, or do we think we’re years before this will happen? The prices here in Sweden are very high due to our currency being very weak recently, so I’d love to just buy it from my many trips to US.
