It is a scam. Go to their website and click on "contact us" and gives no physical address, no phone number, and only a message area. They also have icons for mastercard/visa etc, but they are not clickable.

Also "30 day refund policy" but only if the product has not been used.

I wouldn't deal with them for anything. Stick to a reputable dealer with a real phone number and real addresses.

Yes it is a scam

I ordered a SLR digital camera on Apr 9th and they asked me pay using Amazon gift card. I looked at all the positive reviews in mearchantcircle.com and ended up paying using gift card. After redeeming the gift card they mark the order as shipped and gave the delivery estimate of Apr20th. I didn't receive my order yet and they stopped responding to my emails. There is no other way to contact them. I lost my money and don't want this to happen to anyone else.

I suspect the "positive" reviews on merchantcircle were written by marketrier.com people, not by real people. You could try reporting to state consumer protection bureau or something. Don't bother with BBB; they are useless.

100% scam! Do not buy!!!!!

It is 100% scam! I bought a computer from marketrier.com and i follow everything they said....amazon gift card! Waited 10 days and no shipment! Emailed them 3 times and no replies! Lost the money!

Do not buy from marketrier.com! It is 100% scam!

Didn't the fact that they requested payment with a gift card alert either of you to make enquiries first??? Common sense!

Yep, this is a dead give-away and I would have walked away.

Not rubing anyone's nose in it just saying that you should not deviate from the protections VISA/MC afford.
