I received these 2 sms stating:

The code for phone (my phone number) is
XXXXXXXXXX (10 digit alphabet code)
the sender in the picture is not from my contacts.

Wth is that? If it was someone that meant to prompt code, I would just like to know what app is this from or what source?

I dont think its a typical ad. Given if I have known the source the codes are meant for me to login/activate.

A quick search for "The code for phone" in Google suggests the message is from Skype.

Do you use Skype?

It might just be that someone has a similar number to you and they're typing it wrong.
