I ordered an AT&T 64GB Gold 5s at 7:50 AM Eastern time on Friday (the 20th). Shipping says October, anyone have a clue as to when it could actually ship? Chances of it being before October or early October? Thanks.

Why would it be delivered before October if it says it'll be shipped in October?
I'm in the same boat, I imagine once they take the money from my account it will then ship...
I've read some people here getting the October estimate but getting lucky and having theirs shipped earlier.
Not very likely that it'll be delivered to you earlier than Oct. A lot of people ordered exactly at 3AM for the gold 64gb models, which is already the most limited supply from Apple.
Not sure what to say except on Monday afternoon, without a reservation I walked into the Coconut Point Apple Store in Estero, Florida and walked out with my new Gold iPhone 5S AT&T 64GB.
