Any Idea's Iphone 3GS IOS 4

Hey there, i have a 3GS 32gb, it was jauilbroken on 3.1.3 for aobut a year, i loved it, i just updated to IO4 because of the jailbreak, It seems now when i restored the phone it dodnt do it right and now i get a Unable to vconnect to dataclass BS, when i make a new user on my computer (windows 7 64bit) it all works finbe under a new uses, i tried to delete itunes and everything that goes with it but everytime i try to reinstall itunes it automatically sets up, all my apps and everything are there, I dont have to click "accept these terms" so it must not be a fresh instal, anyone know how to completly get itunes off of the computer? do they use yor IP addy or so,ething? Anyhelp would be greatly appreciated.Im using avast soits not the virus protection thing.
