Any ideas on the next iphone?

I've been wanting a iphone 3g for a short while now. My contract ends in July31st so I was thinking, should i get a 16gb unlocked. But i heard that a 32g might be coming out this summer. I know I will be better off with a 32g. I was wondering if anyone knew if a new iphone will come out.
