I currently have a series 7 gold stainless steel model but unfortunately it cracked a month ago and so I’ve been waiting until the series 10 was released to replace it.

However, I’m extremely concerned because prior to the series 7 there were a lot of different shades of gold that Apple used for its stainless steel models that were not the traditional gold that I was looking for and with this new titanium gold in some of the videos looks to be more of a bronze color than a true gold.

Has anyone seen in person at the event or has photo comparisons of the current gold titanium model with previous gold versions?

If this gold is not a traditional gold, I am tempted to go with the aluminum jet black model because I just want something that will not clash with my jewelry and that seems most likely to blend in, but I’m really worried about getting an aluminum version because of how easily those scratch.

I currently have the S7 Gold SS and trading it for the new Gold Titanium, in watching all the videos I can find on line it looks gold but with that being said there have been two reviewers that called it a rose gold. I currently use a gold Kate Spade band on my 7 that in the Kate Spade store they call it a rose gold but to me is not rose gold that looks far more pink. The gold on the s7 ss was more faded looking having a bit of a tan hint to it. When I put my true 14k gold chains next to the s 7 watch they do not match. My thinking it will be more of a true gold jewelry look. But with that being said my Kate Spade Band has looked good with my gold 7 and thinking I will still be able to use with the new watch. Although have plans to order the link band in gold as soon as it is available. I am thinking it will be a lot lighter in weight than this Kate Spade band.
