I‘m asking this because I have an 11 Pro Max on iOS 17. It runs with some noticeable stutters.
iOS 18 is now available, and I don’t know whether to upgrade to 18.
So, I’m just looking for anyone that has an iPhone 11 on iOS 18 to see if I should do it, and any potential issues with the new iOS update.

I say even if others say it seems to be ok on an 11, definitely wait until it gets more mature and more bugs get fixed before taking the plunge.
Currently there’s no upside to installing iOS 18 on an 11 except for the novelty of it all.
By the way, an iPhone 11 on iOS 16 is still lightening fast.I have one.

I have the 11 Pro Max on 18.0.1. No issues whatsoever. However, I qualify my statement by saying this: I don't use my iPhone as a substitute computer, gaming console, media streaming device, or television. My phone is used for phone calls, some email, texting, light web browsing and for messaging with one specific person (Google Chat).

So, if you use your 11PM for anything more than I do, I cannot say what your experience will be.

Ordinarily, I'd have waited. But once it was revealed that Apple had finally allowed dark icons to go with dark mode, I jumped on the beta. I don't ordinarily do that, but to be in roughly the same spot stock on my current iPhone that I was jailbroken many years ago was too tempting to pass up.

FWIW, my iPhone 12 would not connect to bluetooth in the car and even using a cable, carplay didn't work. Had to delete all of the devices, restart the entertainment unit and phone then re-pair to get it to work.

I agree. I have an 11 on iOS 17 and it’s pretty flawless. Going to keep it that way as long as possible really. May update when I need to for security updates.
