I would help you, but I switched from Cincy Bell to AT&T. Cincy Bell has had so many issues with us (mainly billing) that it was natural to switch.
Regardless, I believe these are the WAP settings, but you might have to have EDGE enabled by tech support to be able to connect..
WAP Settings
Connection Security: OFF
GPRS Access Point: wap.gocbw.com
IP Address: 216.68.79.199 (216.68.79.202 for WAP 2.0 Handsets)
Authentication Type: Normal
Login Type: Automatic
User Name: cbw
Password: Leave Blank
GPRS Settings (Non VPN)
Connection Security: OFF
GPRS Access Point: web.gocbw.com
Authentication Type: Normal
Login Type: Automatic
User Name: Leave Blank
Password: Leave Blank
