I know there seems to be many complaints regarding an iPad 2 and iOS-8.x but some users are reporting no problems on iPad 2.

Well, that's just crazy. It seems like everyone has had some problem or absolutely no problem with the iPad 3 and iOS-8.x. So, I guess I will wait another week or two and bite the bullet and download the update. Worst case scenario will be me selling my 3 for a new Air 2.
