Any iTunes download speed boosters for OSX?

I have a MacBook and I'm downloading a bunch of tv shows from the iTunes Store. They are downloading really slow. I know there are some speed boosters for Windows but I haven't found any for Mac OSX Leopard. I know one that is on Windows that is coming soon to Mac which is Autobahn, but coming soon and I want it now if possible. Anyone know any?
