Any Jailbreak upgrade for 4.3.3 (8J2)

Hi all,

I am on a jailbroken firmware 4.3.3 (8J2) on Ipad 2.
I would like to upgrade to IOS 5 to make use of the mirroring feature of ipad on the apple TV.
Is there a jailbreak out yet for ios 5 for ipad 2 on windows??

a simple search here or on google would lead you to Absinthe and jailbreak for 5.0.1.

I saw that, but do i need to update my firmware to 5.0.1 thru itunes and use absinthe to jailbreak?? Wondering if there is a jailbroken 5.0.1 firmware?

Update through itunes NOW while you still have a chance. From there, you can download the latest version of absinthe that can be found on the web and jailbreak.

I won't be like the other guys and badger you, but a quick search in this forum under the iphone hacks will answer all of your questions.

@macbookman83 Thanks for the tip mate.. active members experiences help in clarifying confusions. Updated to 5.0.1 and got the jailbreak to work. Thanks.
