Another one I love is Dave Brubeck's jazz. One of my favorite songs EVA is Take Five.

Probably goes without saying, but Keith Jarret is probably my favorite jazz pianist. Especially his extended live improvisations. I've spent more hours of my life listening to those concerts than I'd care to admit. Paris, La Scala, Vienna? Ahhh....
