Any known issue for 4.3.1 unlocked on baseband 2.10.04

Is there any known issues with upgrading to 4.3.1 JB and preserving the radio for unlock?

Will I be able to upgrade to the next update? I know when I was doing it with the 3gs, I was not able to restore / update without a fight.

Yes, I am currently on 2.10.04 baseband and iOS 4.1
If I upgrade to 4.3.1, and preserve the baseband.

In the future, If I want to. Can I updated to the Next iOS and the new baseband? or Can I install the 4.3.1 after to update the baseband?

There's no point on preserving a bb that cannot be unlocked but if you want to theres no problem.
In the future you can always update the baseband and firmware. Up to you.
