Any launchers that have 3D Touch?

Not sure if they have 3D Touch in the Notification Center I think they only have that on the app icon but I'm not sure because I don't own an iDevice with 3D Touch but I do use the Launcher widget from Cromulent Labs daily though.
I would suggest reaching out to the developers to know for sure.
I do know that both of these apps do have special contact launchers (paid Pro version Launcher) which also work on non 3D Touch devices and these can open up and show all contact details that you have set for that person but there is no 3D Touch involved there.
Their App store description which mentioned 3D Touch is given below:

"Universal app works on iPhone and iPad with support for iOS 9, iOS 10 & 3D-Touch"
