I am considering buying Logitech G400 mouse. However, I heard that it is suffering from a tracking bug, as well as lack of sensitivity.

Right now I own a Razer Krait mouse that has no drivers for Mac and 1000 hz polling rate just like G400, running OSX 10.7.4. However I experience none of these problems.

Can anyone confirm or deny the existence of these? I have to point out that I am not interested in Steermouse/Overdrive solutions and my only tweak will be the terminal command to remove acceleration.

My friend has a G400 with his iMac, with no issues that I'm aware of.

Personally I use the G500, that has been treating me great.

Wish they still had the MX Recolution, mine finally died, so I got the G500.
