Hi so I wanted to know if I can view my workout statistics etc on my Mac? Any stock app from Apple?

thanks!

At the moment, Apple does not offer an individual application on macOS that displays the Activity or Workout data. Nor is there an online dashboard where you can see it. As Apple has ported over some iOS applications in Mojave, it is possible that it could make its way over in the future.

I hope they do a health app and an activity app on macOS. It's OK looking at it on the phone but on the Mac with it's large screen would be nice. Please Apple.

I would love to see this on macOS, I'd even love to see it on my iPad just to give a bigger experience of the health app.

I use RunGap to export the activities to either Garmin Connect, Movescount, Endomondo, Strava, or any of the other full-screen training apps.. Works pretty well, you don't get some of the more hardcore stats, like Training Load, Recovery time, etc, but you can see what you've done to yourself much more easily.
