any messenger compatible with Windows MSN Messenger with voice?

My boss has Apple MAC Mini, he wishes to voice chat with us when he is out of the country. Network in our office is totally Intel Based (Windows Servers & XP). I installed Microsoft Messenger and yahoo messenger in Mac Mini, text chatting is possible.
My question : "Is any messenger available in MAC that can voice chat with MSN or Yahoon Messengers?"

IIRC Mercury Messenger can do voice over MSN, but I have never used it so I can't tell. Why not just make your boss download skype, and you guys at the office get skype too.
