I've seen several comments from folks saying they're moderators at other forums and come here to hang out.

Here's a question for all you are moderators or administrators at other forums: Which forum and what do you do?

[drum roll]
I volunteer as a moderator at Deux Quatre Sept. What/Where are you?

I was a moderator on Lancers Reactor for a little over 3 years. Finally had enough of the childishness of the members and some staff. The site barely survives today, a shadow of its old self.

I never got the chance to become one....

This is the longest that I have spent on one forum. I used to go to DS Meet alot, but then that changed to abxy. Then it got lame. :(

I was an admin of a football forum, but it sort of died away. Too many competing sites chasing members.

I moderate, therefore I am

I am still a Vista forum SuperModerator, and have my own geek-forums in the making (for local stuff mainly aroung Gibraltar - quick plug www.onthecosta.com ) - still planning when to SEO it and push for more users.......

I have moderated on several other PC tech forums in the past, now I only really do mine and occasionaly when asked to help out at the vista forum.

I kinda got fed up with the PC fanboy bs and flames - just any excuse it seemed to have a pop at other users - I didnt need that so I stopped. Ill stick to sensible inteligent forums from now on.

one thing I have never moderated is my language and views (I am VERY open and up front with my opinions sometimes lol)

I'm a Mod on Roller Coaster Central (I go by Andy there), and a Judge (Some mod priveleges) on GMClans, and indie game-dev community.

I used to be a mod on a couple of game dev websites but I just don't have the time anymore, plus don't want the hassle anymore.

...or something else entirely?

I'm a mod on macvswindows.com's forum. It's not super busy, so it's an easy gig. ;)
