Any MSN client that shows the little italic text after someones name?

Ive been looking for any client that can do this also one that supports custom emoticons.

I think Mercury can do that.



But have a look at Adium, too. Imho, its the best IM messenger for Mac out there!
Its has got lots of Emoticons and Xtras

I think this is on the to-do list for GAIM and for Adium, last I checked. It's a relatively new feature, isn't it? I think it just bowed with the last PC version of MSN.

Mercury might be able to do it. If anything could, it would probably be either Mercury or aMSN.

I use aMSN, but i'm not seeing that feature. aMSN does support webcam though surprisingly, works well with my built in iSight, it was extremely slow when i was using it but my PC was running Azureus so i don't know how well it runs quite yet. Not seeing custom emoticons but i think Adium does.

Yes, you are right, its a new future and there are already people working on it.



Oh, and custom emoticon recieving is already in 1.0 SVN..
