Upgraded to watch OS 2.0 but haven't quite noticed any apps behaving differently on the watch. Are there any 3rd party apps that already run natively on the watch?

Third-party apps don't work at all now. Any apps that aren't updated (which is all of them as of today) just say "Unlock iPhone to view" on the Watch. Patience. Devs are likely only now submitting their apps to be approved for the official release next week of watchOS 2.
