I upgraded my hd to an SSD, and am looking to put a HD into the optical bay. Im currently looking at the 750gb WB 7200 Black hd, but I can't find any info on available 1tb 7200rpm 9.5 hd's.

Are you running an SSD that supports SATA 3 (6Gbps)? If not, why not move the SSD to the optical bay?

I don't think such a thing exists. The platters aren't spun that fast or at that density. so, for a 1tb drive, you need a 12.5mm which does work in the macbooks btw. I think the fastest is the 5200rpm one from seagate/ western digital. I forgot which one.

I have the Crucial c300... I read that it was better to have the SSD in the hd slot because of "sleep" issues?
