Any news on new SSD upgrades for 2013 MBA's

Did anyone ever come out with an SSD that can be used to upgrade a 2013 macbook air?

Not yet, not that I know of. It's been promised for awhile now from Transcend.

Since this should be an easy exercise technically, I think it's safe to assume there are legal problems.
