Any news regarding GPS fixes?

I browsed 10+ pages and only came across one thread in regard to anything GPS related. Is there any word on the status of a GPS fix for 6.15 bb? The dev team blog posted, about a month ago, there might be hope, and they are working on it (can't thank those guys enough!). I guess I'm just looking for an update. I recently bought my first app that requires GPS and then realized dohhhhh!!!

Has there been any word on a fix for the gps? I read through the dev team blog and didn't see anything. Is there any way to fix the gps function yet.

Short Answer No! I also don't think there are any plans to fix it!

GPS drains the power and I use dedicated gps for my Nikon D300s to geotag my photos. http://www.pixiq.com/article/geotag-your-nikon-photos-with-affordable-gps

none, the fix if it comes will probably come from a downgrade of BB of sorts and for now I don't think they care/have the time to finish it since the new iOS is right around the corner. Maybe later on (or never)...
