Any one has any idea regarding 10.9.1?

I just updated my mac mini from OS 10.9 to OS 10.9.1. It says in the description as well as a lot of articles from different websites. But has any one tried what has exactly been fixed especially for gmail compatibility? And, if by any chance it has been more compatible with Gmail, do i have to delete my gmail account and re-add it to make it take effects?

You don't need to delete your account and add it back.

thank you. haven't done that. but i wonder if the update has made it possible to sync with different labels in gmail?
