Any one have a copy of the Powerlogix Altivec Enabler?

I'm trying to track down a copy of the Altivec Enabler software from Powerlogix. I've had no luck searching for it, so thought I'd check if anyone here has a copy.

It appears that OWC is now the custodian of all things PowerLogix:

They don't have the AltiVec Enabler—and it's not accessible from its original URL via The Wayback Machine:

If no one here has it in their archive, you may try sending OWC an email to see if they can dig it up fro their vault.

Thanks! I'll likely need to follow-up with OWC to see if they can get me a copy. I spent far too much time over the weekend trying to hunt this down.
