I may be wrong it that looks really suspicious. Unless someone says different in the forums, I would delete that account in your users & groups setting in system preferences.

Edit, just thought of this...Did you start to create a new user account but got interrupted and never finished it?

I thought the same at first but it's not there. Only my normal one is.
 
In my case, there is only one account shown, titled [Update needed], and it doesn't accept my usual password. So, I cannot even log in to turn FileVault off, or something like that.

Turns out that it didn't ask for the password of my MacBook but that of my connected USB drive, which was encrypted, and from which I ran the OSX Installer.
