Any One Using a Mediabridge Products,LLC Medialink Router ?

Has any one used a Medialink - Wireless N Router 802.11n - 150 Mbps - 2.4 Ghz with Internal Antenna made by Mediabridge Products, LLC ? I was impressed with the customers reviews that I saw on Amazon.com . Plan to use a router with a iMac and PC connecting both by way of eithernet cable
