Any Other Way To Contact Apple Tech Support other than calling them?

Is there any way to contact Apple Tech Support other than calling Apple? I tried email support@apple.com but it just sent me an automated response and told me to call the phone number.

Any particular reason you can't call them? I don't know of any other option other than an Apple Store.

I would call them, then ask the technical person handling your case if they want a screenshot. . . .

Call them, and whoever you talk to will be able to give you an email address to send the screenshot to. I've done this several times before, they'll probably shoot you an email and ask you to reply to it with the image attached. They'll then let you continue the conversation via email if you choose, usually.
