ANY PC-Mac video conference solutions!?!

I just bought an iSight so that i can video conference with my friends and business partners (they own pcs). But when we tried to get it going the other night it failed miserably. Anyone know of a good way to get a Mac-PC connection for a video conference for three people or more?

What software did you try using?

I've done video streaming with people over MSN, using aMSN, but only one way feeds.

I have tried ichat to AIM, AIM, Skype, and Yahoo!
