This thing about write limitations on SSDs is way too overblown.
If you look at the Samsung 840 Pro, which uses MLC NAND (Apple uses Samsung XP-941 based and SM-951 based MLC PCIe SSDs, which are all MLC as well), you can expect a 256GB variant to last for over 2 petabytes (yes, petabytes) of writes before it dies. Way longer than the lifespan of your system.
