Any plastic bumpers with 'slot" for 'lanyards

I was using Deff Cleave original on my iphone 4 for a while.. I must say thoroughly disappointed.. the coating fades at the edges and it kills the signal which is usually not noticeable but if you go into a place with low signal you will be screwed. I like it because it had a place to tie on a small lanyard so I can hold on to it...I am hoping to find a plastic number with something similar which I can tie on a lanyard...
