Any problem with restoring a backup with diff phone number?

I had the iPhone 4S with Verizon, but cancelled the service and returned the iPhone a few days ago. Now I've got the iPhone 4S with AT&T and a new phone number. I tried to get AT&T to port over the phone number I had with Verizon, but they said Verizon would need to reactivate the phone number in order for them to port it. I called Verizon, but they said they couldn't reactivate it since I had already returned the phone. Who knew porting a phone number would be so difficult?

So now I'm thinking of just keeping the new phone number. But I want to restore the Verizon iPhone 4S backup onto my new AT&T iPhone 4S. Will the fact that the Verizon backup had a different phone number be a problem, or does that not matter?

Backups are phone number agnostic. It won't matter at all.
