Any program like wire tap pro for windows? I'm looking for something that will record sound from a computer that's not from a cd. Thanks!

Audacity

You could try Audacity, it also allows you to edit the music you record. It all depends on your sound card. There is a reason why there arnt so many programs like this for PC as there is Macs. All Macs allow programs such as these to record streaming music/sound. Not all PCs do however.
