i ripped all my CDs at 192bits in mp3 format and that takes up quite a lot of space on my iPod. i was wonder if there is any program out there that'll covert my 192bit MP3 files to 128bit? i really don't wanna re-rip all my CDs.

iTunes will do this. Set the import settings to 128bit MP3 and then select all the songs to be converted. Choose the Advanced -> Convert to MP3.

However, this will result in a lower quality recording than re-ripping into 128bit as compressed->compressed conversions are very lossy.
