Any really working vnc app (from win and/or ipad) with osx lion support?

I need to acces my OSX Lion computer from a Windows terminal. I can't find a really working VNC app that let me acces to a different account, so 2 users can be in lion at the time.

Currently, I use SSH for the coding & teamviewver if need interrupt the user actually logged, but wonder when a better option...
