The jailbreak you mentioned does not work on the iPad 2 so you are stuck where you are for now if you want to retain your jailbreak.
 
Important things to consider:

This doesn’t work with the dual-core iPad 2 or iPhone 4S devices. Those running an iPad 2 on 4.3.3 can jailbreak using JailbreakMe 3.0.

That is why you shouldn't go to 5.0.1
 
Thanks. That really simplifies things. Unless someone corrects me, I'll assume there is no other jailbreak for 5.0.1 that works for the wifi iPad 2.
