Any reason to buy an AT&T iPhone over Verizon if I'm an AT&T customer?

With the Verizon iPhone being unlocked, is there any reason to not just buy that one instead of from AT&T if paying full retail? That way it's already unlocked and can be used for international travel etc?

If you're paying full price, the Verizon version is the one to get every time. It works out of box with every major carrier in the U.S. (besides Sprint), and every GSM carrier worldwide.
