Any recommendations for flow charting software?

I'm aware of OmniGraffle (their apps suffer from terrible/quirky UI so I won't use it). Any other ideas?
 
Thanks for the suggestions, except NMF - as I said at the start, OmniGraffle is a no go for me. Perhaps if Omni someday goes to user interface school I'll take another look....
 
I've tried a bunch, and I've settled on Adobe Ideas / Illustrator and also the old fashion physical whiteboard / note card combo. On iOS Grafio was also really nice, but has no OSX equivalent.
