I don't check the online Apple store all the time, but I visit several times a week, and have usually found most other configurations of the MBP available (including the new cMBP with anti-glare screen) on the refurbished site.

Has anyone ever seen the Retina Macbook Pro on the refurbished site yet? I still go back and forth whether to get a cMBP or rMBP. If the rMBP was a little cheaper, I might go for it.

No, they haven't arrived on the refurb store yet. Use RefurbMe to be notified when an item you want arrives at the refurb store.

As you could notice, there are a number of people who returned their classic mid-2012 MBP, but funnily no one seems to have returned their retina!. Either apple destroys them or since rMBP is current apple's bread and butter, they want to draw prospective buyers' attention with the "fact" that nobody is returning their rMBP... :D

There doesn't seem to be an entry for rMBP yet so we can't even use RefurbMe?
Yes, there is.
