Any 'reverse sync' services/apps for iphone photos?

Hi,

Does anyone know of any services/apps to auto-download/sync iphone photos onto a laptop (Mac or PC)?

Basically I want to back-up my photos onto a WD My Cloud device.

I can save my photos to my laptop via iTunes but this would have to be done manually.

I can save my photos automatically via services like Dropbox/MEGA etc. but I would still have to manually download them to a laptop in order to save them to My Cloud.

Is there any work around?

Iphoto. Also i think you can import photos from an ios device natively in windows.
