Any RSS app that 'reads' to you?

I'm looking for an app that could read RSS feeds (if it could do more than that, that'd be a bonus ). I've come across a few of them like Web Reader for example but if anyone has any suggestions, please let me know!

Edit. It looks like Talking RSS Reader's for Android only? I don't see it in the AppStore.
