iPad Pro Any shipments from B&H?

Has anyone received anything from B&H Photo Video?
I ordered a cellular iPad Pro and pencil on November 12 when they opened orders. The status has not changed and still says "on order." Since BH moves a lot of Apple products, they usually are pretty quick to ship new products. I'm surprised that Best Buy, Target, and others have fulfilled orders before BH.

A lot of 3rd parties don't have it. Even some of my local 3rd party Apple Specialists who usually get a couple of units on launch day don't have the LTE iPad yet - forget pencils and keyboards.
