Any significance in Photo Library photos names before I delete duplicates

Im trying to delete a load of photos and videos again, they mount up every now and gain. Part of it is when making phonebooks etc they seem to double up or when people resend you photos on viber/whatsapp. Anyway looking at some of the duplicates using software 2 identical photos can be in separate folders for example originals/1 and originals/F - is this just random and deleting one or the other will have no effect as long as I keep on?

I don't believe there's any impact, but it's easy enough for you to test it by moving one to an external drive first.
