Any "smart" messenger bags with built-in chargers etc.?

Do they exist? i'd like to carry my iPad and/or Macbook with me but I can't seem to find if they make "smart" bags that might have built in chargers etc.

I don't plan on flying...just carrying stuff back and fourth. any ideas on who makes them?

Haven't seen these. What's the advantage vs. tossing a powerbank and a couple 12" lightning or USBC cables in a bag?
