Any software to make a PC Dazzle work with my MB Pro?

Hey guys, I'm about to pick up a used capture card for cheap from one of my friends. I do have a PC, but it's older and not as advanced as my MacBook Pro. So this is the card:

I know with some USB wireless adaptors there are some patches/programs/patches that allow usually PC supported devices to work on the Mac. Are there any that would allow this one to capture things from my TV on my Mac?
