Any software to troubleshoot ram, graphic card & hard drive

New to MAC so any help is appreciated!

Have some slowness and spinning pinwheels on my new iMac i7. Is there any software that will scan and report on the graphics card, RAM and hard drive with detailed logs. I realize this may not all be available in one software package.

Apple Hardware Test on the install DVD. Put the DVD in and boot pressing the D key.

Rember is good for checking the RAM too, just expect to leave it running a while. For the hard drive, you can get a copy of DiskWarrior, really good software but it will run you ~$100, so dunno if you wanna drop that much. It's a good thing to have around if you ever do have hard drive problems, though.

Did some more research and found these two:

Utility folder=>Disk utility => Verify Disk

Anyone have experience with these?

I tried the hardware test but it came up clean.
